1. Payment in full is required prior to shipment.
2. All items are shipped USPS unless otherwise noted. If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us immediately and we will work with you and the shipping company to resolve the issue. Please be advised that while we serve as your advocate during this process, RZN, its employees or affiliates are not responsible for the outcome of any shipping claim process. We will do everything we can to bring your claim to an expeditious and fair outcome.
3. RZN shall not be liable for the misuse of any product.
4. All efforts have been made to provide information on our website that is accurate. However, RZN shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies that might exist.
5. Orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next Business day.
6. Express orders received after 1:00 pm Central Standard Time will be shipped the next business day.
7. Orders received with an incorrect shipping address will be subjected to a $10 address correction fee. Please double check your shipping address during checkout.
8. RZN is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to an incorrect address. Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct.
9. Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service Support to request an RMA number and for further instructions.
10. If shipping and delivery errors occurred, please contact our Customer Service Support at the number provided on the front of this packing slip immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.
11. RZN does not match any other company guarantee and/or warranty which may be advertised on television, radio, magazines, newspapers, mailings, or any other venue.
