RZN Nutraceuticals Returns Policy

To return an unopened product within 30-days from the date of purchase you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an authorization will not be accepted.  RZN requires that returns be made within 15 days from the RMA #  issue date.

If your return is not received by the allotted time, RZN will assume that you have decided to keep the product(s) and your return request will be null and void at that point.

Instructions:

** Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely.

** Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs and replace your damaged product(s).

Merchandise returned at your expense must be received in an unopened and undamaged condition in order to receive credit. You are solely responsible for making sure that the product is returned intact.  

RZN suggests that you use a shipping service which provides a tracking number and that you insure your shipment for the cost of the product. RZN does not refund nor reimburse shipping and handling charges associated with returning merchandise

RZN is entitled to deduct the original shipping and handling fee from your due credit if you took advantage of free shipping when you first placed your order. Refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving the authorized return on the same purchasing credit card account.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days following receipt of your order.
